Creating Fly Fishing Lures
Seventh graders on Team Spirit were visited by Evan Griggs, an educator who collaborates with Trout in the Classroom - Minnesota. Evan taught the kids how to tie fly fishing lures. Each student made two lures, one to mimic a worm and one to mimic a minnow. The lures can also be used with a bobber or on an ice fishing rod.
